I staged my first property 27 years ago. I didn't know the term for it yet, but staging is what it was. The property sold at the open house held two days after listing and above asking price! From there I went on to help and advise friends, family and acquaintances on how to do the same with their properties.
Fast forward to present day and my “knack” has been bolstered through practice and education. Having both formal training and staging experience, my home staging methodology is based on proven industry techniques that, when applied, will help your house sell faster and for more money.
